We can do prep work. Budget for circa 20 hours to help us knock it over. Skirting, doors and picture rails also. We are looking for someone to work alone to complete the work. Our budget is fixed so we may not get all rooms done. Kitchen and lounge are priorities. Hallway would be a nice extra if budget would cover that.

Repair plaster cracks and damage on interior walls

I've got some decking that needs to be sanded, cleaned, and re-oiled. The dimensions are: Back: 13m x 3m Ramp: 6.5.m x 1m Front: 8m x 2m Added to this is the bench seat at the back, three uprights at the front and some capping around the garden bed and along the front wall. I'm guessing about 30% of it will need to be sanded due to sun damage, the rest will should be good with a clean and new decking oil. I will supply the deck oil. I can supply a pressure washer if needed.

Deck size 3m x 6m. Require full sand back to original timber then 2 x coats of stain. I will provide stain, deck applicator brush and accompanying application bucket. Airtasker to provide sanding machine, brushes for edge work and tape to protect door frames. Preferable days are Friday 25 Oct Tuesday 29 October Friday 8 November Pics attached!

I am removing the coving/moulding from our studio, room measures 6m x 2.8m. Once removed, looking for a qualified plaster to skim plaster where the original coving/moulding was - around the full area of 6m x 2.8m room. I am yet to fully remove the coving, but please see photos for reference. I will have it fully removed and washed ready for plastering. No need for painting. Any questions let me know.

Hello! I’ve just cleaned everything out of my garage and had a fancy new door installed, and I’m planning on turning it into my home office/large walk-in-wardrobe. I’m looking for someone/s can (re) paint it white - walls, ceiling, and floors. The floor is bare concrete and the walls are brick. The walls and ceiling have had a white paint job before, so probably just need another coat to freshen up, but the floor has never been painted.

Paint one side of the new timber fence in ebony color (I’ll supply paint. Have 20L fence paint ready with me). I assume 2-3 coats will be needed. Fence is 12.7m long and 1.9m heigh Spray paint, so you should Have the equipment for that. Job in Rosanna, ideally someone near by Photos attached. It’s a new fence. Flexible on dates, sunny day preferred. This weekend looks great. It can be finished in a day.
