Plaster patching on normal sized ceiling covering some water damage. Roughly 60cm x 30cm, does not need to be perfect job as current roof does have imperfections. Painting after patchwork also required only on affected area

-Sanding down exterior side of byfold timber doors. Reasonable condition .3 panels and frame. 2500 w x 2300 h approx. we have Ryobi electric hand sander and detailer that can be used.

Undercoat and top coat of kitchen ceiling painted. I have the brushes/rollers and paint tray. 2 coats, one undercoat and one top coat with 2 hour dry time in between. I will do all the prepping, just needing the roof painted
