Remove demolish pergola

Supply material and erect end of pergola. Footing in place for 90x90 3m post but some digging of mulch to get to it enough. About 2.6m 1.4m to be added and polycarbonate sheets to be added to top. Replaced end won’t be as long as area closest to house roof. No guttering required. I will paint afterwards.

The top rafters of timber pergola are leaning dangerously. I would like to remove the top section to make it safe. The posts and horizontals can remain. Rafters should be taken off the property.

Hi, this is the email I received from strata which I need to address - Saw that pergola colourbond has been fixed to gutter of unit 3. Making that one gutter only source to take on to extra water from pergola now. Jan also noticed that the down pipe (photo attached) the 2 angles will not help with gravity. Would cause build up of water from gutter corner central point. She has not noticed that downpipe before. That run off needs to be going into storm water drain or that will flood unit 2. Sheet of pergola has split. Maybe need to replace the sheet or happy for it to be held together to stop banging. We can go and buy replacement sheet if required. Please advise if this is included in your offer
