Just need a hole plastered up properly ready to paint. I can paint it but want the plastering done right.

The air-conditioning has leaked through the ceiling and we urgently need it repaired.

I need a plasterer for 1 day to finish off joins and corners in my laundry/toilet area. The plaster sheets have already been hung, only joins and corners needed.

Need to fix latent plaster join. Need to remove cornice and join ceiling plaster between 2 rooms where a wall was removed. See pics for more details. Ceiling is 3.6m high so tall ladder/scaffolding will be required. Also side of cabinet to be fixed. Job must be completed before this weekend.

Replace section of roof plaster, approximately 2x1m (around extraction fan - unless the whole 4x1m section is compromised), patch a hole from the removal of an air con unit, and prep for painting.

We have 5 holes in a wall that need patching and painting. 2 larger, a fist size and others smaller. We need patched on Wednesday and sanded and painted at a later date once dry

Patch holes approx 10cm x 6cm each and sand to smooth finish to match surrounding wall.

We need to replace / patch three small areas of plaster. The first at our entryway; another powerpoint sized hole and the third a tidy if a poorly plastered wall. Need the job completed asap. Ideally this week but no later than Tuesday.

The bottom towel rail in the ensuite has fallen off the wall. It is the original when the units were built 11 years ago and I am surprised it has lasted this long as in my opinion the plugs are not substainsial enough to hold the weight. I need the holes repaired and the towel rail remounted. I can take care of the painting. Sorry, forgot to mention that I also want the towel rail above checked because I don't want the same thing happening to it and to put in more substaintial plugs if necessary.

Took off a sign and left 5 small holes on wall.

This open bit of wall used to be covered in cement and/or plaster but it has all fallen off. Need it redoing. Painting not necessary
