Hi, I have a Rheem electric water heater that I need someone to help me with. The heater works, all the taps etc have got water, it’s just when I shower, the hot water runs out after about 10 minutes. I need an accredited plumber or similar to please assist! Thank you! Our office has a small hot water heater tank above the kitchen. It has passed its useful life and leaked into a ceiling light housing and tripped the electrical circuit. The power is off (fuse tripped) and the water has been turned off. We require an electrician to disconnect the hard wired connection to the hot water tank and check the circuit is safe before turning it back on at the fuse box.

Leak coming from the bathroom (toilet) through the bottom of the wall into the next room - very very gradual leak. Doesn’t seem to be sewerage, just water.

Our current tap is constantly becoming loose and won't stay mounted. I would like to replace it. I will need someone to: 1. Go to bunnings and pick up new tap 2. Install new tap in sink I will add the cost of the tap to the task. Bunnings is less than 10mins from the house. Need this done today or tomorrow.

The toilet seat in one of the male cubicle is broken and needs replacing. We can swap another one for it.

I want some sort of temporary solution for easier access to the shower rather than a full bathroom renovation as the whole rear of the house will be renovated shortly.
