My bathroom waste drain is smelling

Leaking shower head possibly caused by pressure build up as hadn’t been used for a while until recently. Also like to check my dishwasher connection plus check the sink hoses x 4. Also have a larger job id like a quote for - installing new taps on my terrace

I have two taps that need fixing. One leaky tap in bathroom and tap for cold water washing machine - spurts water when used.

The tap which connects to our toilet has stopped working and water is not flowing to fill up the cistern. When you twist the tap in each direction it feels very loose and does not do anything. The cistern very very slowly fills up over the course of several days.

The seal around my bathtub has deteriorated, causing water to leak through the gaps. I need a professional to remove the old seal and apply new silicone seal between the bathtub and the surrounding tiles.
