The shower has been leaking for days now.

Both showers in two bathrooms are leaking.

Toilet cistern leaking at its screw attachment, bath tub tap water pressure is low

Change tap of kitchen sink. I already got new one. Plug of bath room basin is stucked. Can not drain.

2x leaky taps repair or replace, one in the bathroom basin and the other laundry outlet, can organise replacement kits for both if needed.

Looking for a plumber/ handy person to replace washer in hot and cold tap in bathroom and sink. (4 in total). We already have the washers just need replacing and sealing if required. Hoping to get done as soon as possible.

We live in a rear duplex and our water meter / mains is out the front of the property alongside the driveway. Someone has run over the piping and it has sprung a leak, I wouldn’t say a big one but enough to be noticeable. I need someone to come and repair the damage to the pipe, it’s happened before so I know it’s not a huge job by any means but just want to get this fixed asap

need original vanity top with 2 sinks removed and a new single sink benchtop replaced. tap installed too. also need old toilet removed and new toilet replaced in same spot. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 31 October 2023

Need a plumber to replace 2 taps (see pic 1 below of tap) to a mixer taps(pic 2). The holes will need to be Covered up as seen in pic 2 Also, minor leak needs to be fixed in bathtub tap and tighten sink tap as it's moving. I need an existing gas water storage heater removed and replaced with an instant hot water system. The site for the new instant system is approx 5m away from the existing system (see blue square on photo). I will supply the instant hot water system (Rheem Metro Max 26 Litre or similar) and arrange for a power point to be installed.
