A couple of bathroom tiles around the water drain hole in the bathroom floor is broken. So water is flowing down outside the pipe. I think a few tiles need to be replaced with new tiles grouted and sealed properly (to prevent any water leaks).

The wastewater drain seems to be partially blocked, likely by the grease/oil. Still working. The water only goes back up when doing pool backwash when the flow is very heavy. Might need a hot water pressure jet.

I cleaned up my floor drains. I don’t have tools to reinstall the grates afterwards. I need someone to help me.

The Bath in my upstairs bathroom overflows in downstairs garage and bathroom drain on unplugging bath. We use shower everyday in the bath with no issues. So seems to be partial blockage in drain with issue only when more water volume goes thru drain. Last time about 2 years ago jetting fixed the issue. We hardly use the bath but do use shower regularly in bath with no issues. I have put what i think might be relevant photos.

Plumber to upblock sewage line

I have a large salt water tank with a very comprehensive system that is all in working order. I need someone to come and set everything up in the tank and show me how to manage/take care of it. Currently there are no fish, live rock or coral. I just need to get the actual tank system set up and running and get the water working so I can start building the life inside the tank. It is currently in my garage but will have it moved inside and cleaned ready for set up

We have a samsung fridge. The freezer is leaking water into the fridge below. Attached are the pics. The white light is where the leakage is. Thw freezer is above this. This needs to be fixed.

I've moved down the road. I need to swap the shower heads around. This would include removing the first one, replacing it with the original (on the bench as shown), before swapping it back onto the second showerhead. I don't have any tools. And I suspect the water doesn't need to be turned off for this but I hope you know better!! Cheers
