"Need help to unclog an outdoor drain beneath an the downpipe in front of my house. The blockage is in the drain itself, not the downpipe. Please bring any necessary tools! the photos are for when the drains installed and connected to the main pipe a while back and we realised that the main pipe is blocked.

Broken and leaking garden tap needs replacing

There are 2 downpours that need to be fixed. 1. The downpipe is too short and doesn’t completely connect with the cuff from the gutter. Water sprays out when there is heavy rain. See highlighted area in the photo. 2. Would like to connect this downpipe to the existing storm water pipe via a t-junction. They are about 30-50cm apart and the existing storm water pipe is under the house but it is easy to reach. The opening is around 1m tall. The timber lettuce can just be thrown away. I don’t want it anymore.

Fix gutter . About 10 m of the gutter was removed while fixing fascia. This gutter would join with the old gutter which looks like it’s of type quad .Need to fix it back . And also put a down pipe that would join an existing down pipe before hitting the drain

It's a normal shower in the bathroom. Only the shower has this issue where there's air knocking and the water pressure is really low because of that. I need to get it fixed ASAP. So let me know when you are available

I've moved down the road. I need to swap the shower heads around. This would include removing the first one, replacing it with the original (on the bench as shown), before swapping it back onto the second showerhead. I don't have any tools. And I suspect the water doesn't need to be turned off for this but I hope you know better!! Cheers

Toilet flush button is broken, often get stuck down wasting water, or buttons come off. Need someone to provide the new part and install it please

Hi : I have recently noticed a slight water leak on the right side of driveway in frontyard. I think it is originating from tap in frontyard but would need checking where exactly is leak from and fixing it. If from tap then this price includes cost of replacing tap and tap pipe.

Need a quote from tradesman/ plumber to close the existing rainwater drainage by connecting to the existing pipes on adjoining properties. also need to expand driveway a little bit to get better access. its about 16 metere lengh and 1.5 wide area that need to be professionally covered. Photos for reference . need someone with experience licence and certificates to do this professionally.
