Telephone shower holder came off and needs rescrewed

I need a plumber to clean 5 drain holes that have calcium build ups. Some are bad as per pic some are ok. But really needed to clean it until PVC pipes are out - so far nothing is blocked. Water is running just fine.

The wastewater drain seems to be partially blocked, likely by the grease/oil. Still working. The water only goes back up when doing pool backwash when the flow is very heavy. Might need a hot water pressure jet.
