Find an experienced plumber in Bayswater WA

Need a plumber to change spa bath spout (already purchased see pics) Bath and basin taps drip unless turned off really hard so they probably require new washers. Housemate tried to replace bathroom basin taps with laundry taps to solve problem but has just made the laundry taps inoperable. Need them swapped back as they were fine before that. Toilet cistern recently started to make a hissing noise and takes longer to fill up. Flush is weaker which made toilet block but was unblocked with a plunger. Probably needs a new inlet valve. Everything is Caroma.

The taps in both the laundry and the bathroom won't stop leaking and they can't be turned off the taps in the laundry are also extremely stiff and hard to turn on and off, the tap in the laundry wont stop running water

Require two old shower head systems replaced with new shower heads.

hot water is out of order.

Remove existing stainless steel sink including disconnecting of taps and waste pipes. Sink tap has isolation valve in the cabinet. Return approximately 3-4 days later to install new sink including reconnection of water and waste pipes. Note: the benchtop cutout needs to be enlarged hence job is split into two seperate visits to allow stonemason time to undertake modifications.

Bathroom sink blocked with hair. Usual plumber unavailable. Has previously been unblocked via pipe as per photo, easy access.

Needing the supply and install a small affordable electric hot water unit (no gas on premise) which is to be mounted on the laundry wall. I’ve set a price here, but I’m not really too sure what these things are worth, so please feel free to send me offers. I don’t have a large budget so the best offer will get the job.
