Hi, Whilst changing the washer on my bathroom water tap, I have loosen the connections on the water supply pipe (underneath the sink) and now it leaks water when I turn the tap on. May also leak very slowly when it is not turn on. I need a plumber with the tools and experience to tighten the connection and if require replace the water pipes/nuts/connections to stop the leak, The bathroom tap is show in picture attached. We are living in a rental. Our shower changes water pressure/amount of water randomly. Sometimes it has high pressure and lots of water, sometimes low pressure and little water. The real estate sent a plumber twice and both times when he came the pressure was good so now they are refusing to fix the issue. Most of the time the pressure is low so it's very frustrating for us having a shower. We need someone who can diagnose the problem and resolve it. If the resolution requires an expensive handling we may need to go back to the real estate agent to get it sorted, if it is a simple handling we are happy to pay for it ourselves.
