I have a problem with this leaking tap that requires the plumber to remove the 2 tiles behind the taps to get to the leak. Once the leak is repaired I need 2 tiles relayed (with holes cut for the existing tap fixture) glued and grouted

Hi, I need someone to come and fix my toilet seat. It is only three years old and the seat has never really fitted properly. All the parts are fine. Need someone to fix my toilet's hot water leak.

I have a leaking water pipe for the inlet to the house. I need someone to either repair the pipe or replace it. Pipe is under front lawn so some digging required. Pipe can be in original position or new position.
