Our kitchen faucet and taps are brand new, but it is very hard to turn them completely off. They keep running unless we strain to turn the tap harder. And a dribble of water still comes out. In the laundry, the tap itself is leaking from the handle when we turn it on to use the washing machine or whatever. I believe from research these should not be serious problems. We are just renting and our landlord takes a long time to reply which is why we are posting the job.

The tap T connector for my washing machine pipe is broken. You will need to buy the correct T connector or tap with T connector and fix it for me. You do not need to replace the tap. No installation of washing machine is required. Everything is in place, I just need the tap T connector fixed.

Taps in shower are loose and slide off. Need fixing And also the fixture on wall in bathroom the claw has come off The claws I know need the clip underneath adjusted .

I have 3 seperate stormwater pipes that are clogged up and they need cleaning. You would need a long jet hose as 2 of the pipes run along the house.

I have two pipes jutting out of a wall and a waste pipe from an old bar and sink. I just need them cut and covered up. See picture.

Hi, I have just moved into a new place in Earlwood. We have a washer and dryer (Bosch), which we need fitted into the laundry. We have not been able to work out how to do this (this is a newly built place, so it's all new to us). I have attached photos of the laundry room. The power also seems to be at the top of the bench, which means we might need an extension cord. We also need bidets fixed into the toilet seats. We tried doing this, but the toilet seats are a new design (Parisi brand..new design toilet seat) we need to uninstall the toilet seat in two bathrooms to fix bidet and reinstall the seat. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 21 January 2024
