I need somebody to fix leaking clutch master cylinder in my 1988 Toyota Hiace Commuter. You would need to have your own equipment and provide the seals etc.

Connect fridge to water supply

Need plumber to repair external drainage following tree root damage . Full details below To supply labour and materials to replace 100mm junction on existing line 450mm depth. Excavate down to and expose existing drainage. Once exposed, cut out faulty junction in drain. Install new PVC junction and pipework, connect and seal. Backfill around new work to support. Continue backfilling and consolidating trench. Restore surface as close to original as possible. To supply labour and materials to replace existing 100mm pipe 600mm depth. This includes the first 3 meters and an inspection opening. Excavate down to and expose existing drainage. Once exposed, cut out faulty 3m section of drain. Install new PVC pipework, connect and seal. Raise access to surface and terminate with collar and grate. Backfill around new work to support. Continue backfilling and consolidating trench. Restore surface as close to original as possible.

Remove existing toilet, install new one and old toilet taken away

300L hot water system replacement, including the modification of the old system pipes and removal of old tank from the double storeyed roof - Due date: Flexible

Pick up and dispose of old hot water tank. 1.78m high, 0.65m in diameter. - Due date: Flexible

Regrout shower and supply a drain cover - Due date: Flexible

Dig up and remove old Retic.sink further down. Replace sprinkler heads. We will supply. - Due date: Flexible

Storage hot water unit release tap/valve is constantly dripping and needs replacing. I imagine it’s not a big job and am happy to negotiate on price within reason. Need someone savvy with down pipes and general plumbing to connect an existing downpipe to a rain water tank and necessary pipe work to the drain.
