I am looking for someone who can replace Anode of Vulcan Gas: 135L (641135) Hot Water System at my property. Hot water is releasing white particles at the moment and most likely reason is degradation of anode. I have already purchased the anode so looking for a plumber who can come install,clean the tank and can also check any possible gas leaks. NOTE: I am not looking for a replacement so please do not accept this task if you are not willing to do the work explained above.

The hot water hose under the sink is leaking. I think it has a split in it and will need to be replaced.

I have a kitchen tap with hot and cold connections at bottom. There is a small water dripping in the cupboard when the tap is on. It may possibly be a washer or loose connection issue.
