We are a Dental Clinic and use this sink for pouring up models use resin etc, I believe some has gotten down the sink and blocked it.

Old vanity had water damage so have pulled it apart (but left the basin for now until its replaced). Need someone to replace the old vanity with the new one. (Planning to purchase the replacement pictured)

Cold water tap not working, may be a blockage.

I need my washing machine checked led why it will only wash in hot, machine is new and have just moved. Also need the shower/bath wall tap handle replaced with a new one. I have the new part already.

The unit downstair reported persistent drip from their bathroom ceiling, The shower and bathroom floors may require re-siliconing. The shower can not be used at the moment, need to either seal the shower temporarily so tenant can use the shower again and wait for regrout and resilicon job or get do the job straight away.

need to investigate if it’s possible to install an exterior tap on a unit balcony for planters. Balcony has drain. I envision a line running from the existing plumbing through the ceiling out onto the balcony. But I’m not sure if it’s possible to get through the block work.

The pipes are all still there from before the new tiles and bench top thus need a plumber/gas person to: - 2 x vanity sink instal with waste - 2 x vanity tap install -,1 x change tap in shower - 1 x igniter replaced on gas hot plates.
