Have a blockage in the bathroom / toilet due to a toddler flushing down too much toilet paper. Toilet gurgles and water only goes down after about 30 mins once flushing.

I have a wall facing toilet that is leaking at the bottom rear. It’s approx 2 years old. I had the Racv home assist come around and they said the toilet pan rubber may need to be replaced. So toilet needs to be removed (only siliconed and not screwed to floor), pan rubber replaced or adjusted, then toilet re-installed. Ideally the caulking would be done as well. I have attached a photo of where the leak is and the toilet which is a caroma wall facing toilet (S trap). Let me know if you need any more info before providing a quote. Thanks
