See comments for pictures. Tap is not gripping to spindle so just turning without doing anything. Looking for solution for something better quality that will last longer than the 1 year this did. You must prove you're a qualified plumber and good reviews. Hopefully no call out, just cost and what you propose to do to fix it.

Our fridge is leaking water from either the Coldwater dispenser, or from the automatic icemaker which is more likely. The fridge is only about 3 to 4 years old. The water is freezing in the bottom of the fridge, which is the freezer obviously, and it requires rectification. It is not a huge drama but at this stage we need to chip the frozen ice out of the bottom of the freezer once every two weeks or so.

One of our irrigation pipes has broken and is now leaking. The pipe is near the join but will most likely need replacement. It is situated in Sandy soil but we will need to feed a new pipe under some light pavement (approx 1m wide).
