We have a leaking tap on our main kitchen sink, water leaks into the cupboard below. We recently purchased a new mixer tap for it and I installed it. The access isn't great as there is a sink and an incinkerator is in the middle (i removed the insinkerator), and it was difficult to get good purchase on the screw.
