Hi there, We need assistance of a plumber for two jobs. Our toilet is leaking upon flush from the waste pipe (circled in photo) and the the tap to the left is also slightly leaking. Our kitchen tap fitting becomes loose when we move it between sinks. We think there may be a washer or something missing so that it can be tightened and swivel between sinks. Thanks
