I have a Hydrozip Tap (Sparkling/Filter) G5 Model I want removed from stone benchtop and replaced with standard arc tap. Needs nice finish silicone, consealed finish on bench.

We have a pipe under the sink in our ensuite bathroom that we unscrewed to attempt fixing a blockage. Now, we're struggling to reconnect it without it leaking. The pipe appears to be in reasonable condition, but it may need a new seal or some resealing to stop the leaks. This should be a straightforward job for someone experienced with plumbing or basic handyman tasks. Please bring any necessary tools or sealing materials (e.g. plumber's tape or silicone). If a new seal is needed happy to source or pay for that. Let me know if you’re available and can help with this small job.

My fridge I’ve maker has stopped generating ice. The ice crusher still works and spins however there is no ice feeding into the ice holder

Put together 3 tier water fountain.

Cracked seat causing shower leak. It's been determined and diagnosed previously that reseating is unfortunately not an option as the crack is too big and cant be drilled out and that the shower breech/combination needs to be replaced via jib at back of shower. See attached picture for reference and suggestions. I'm happy to cut away gib for access if required.

Reseal shower - remove current seal and redo on shower base x 1 shower

Our toilet is leaking from the base of the toilet, we are getting puddles on the tiles. We can't see where it is leaking from, although I think there is a small leak from the hose as well. (Saw a couple of drips - not enough to account for the water on the floor). Using an old towel to 'mop up' where the water is leaking from. (See photos)

Need an internal hot water tank replaced. Located in ground floor garage. Easy access. No issues with current tank, but garage is empty until Monday 23rd so needs to be done before then. After approx 250L tank.

My ice maker has stopped working.
