The task is as follows ---------------------- Correct problem with soakwell. Probably blocked or collapsed which is causing paving above to collapse. A number of years ago the soakwell was cleared and blue metal was laid around the outside to assist with draining. There is now a problem in that the paving above is collapsing in and water is backed up my drainpipe and flooding over the gutters. Therefore either; - clear existing soakwell and re-establish drainage - clear existing soakwell and possibly add a 2nd soakwell - other option ? please suggest The objective of the work is to 1- provide good soakwell drainage 2- stop the paving collapsing 3- stop the water flooding back up into the gutter I have added three pictures which shows the area and the 3rd picture show the drain pipe in relation to the sunken paving that is aprox 2 1/2 meters away.

5-6 retic heads need replacing. I have the heads and some tools. There is a small tube that also needs replacing that I may not have. If you have some things with you, it will be helpful as there is no guarantee I have the smaller ones
