Job will be to replace 2 floor drain waste grates (1 in the laundry and 1 in the nearby toilet) to a stainless steel type. The existing grates are attached. A sample image of the desired grates also attached (not fussed if the new grate will be square or circular in shape as long as it is stainless steel).

Please note that I have posted this previously 4 months ago but now unable to see the responses and notifications. Apologies but I was unable to proceed at that time. The task is as follows ---------------------- Correct problem with soakwell. Probably blocked or collapsed which is causing paving above to collapse. A number of years ago the soakwell was cleared and blue metal was laid around the outside to assist with draining. There is now a problem in that the paving above is collapsing in and water is backed up my drainpipe and flooding over the gutters. Therefore either; - clear existing soakwell and re-establish drainage - clear existing soakwell and possibly add a 2nd soakwell - other option ? please suggest The objective of the work is to 1- provide good soakwell drainage 2- stop the paving collapsing 3- stop the water flooding back up into the gutter I have added three pictures which shows the area and the 3rd picture show the drain pipe in relation to the sunken paving that is aprox 2 1/2 meters away.
