The fitting under the sink is leaking. Despite turning it off, it continues to have a slow leak.

I require a plumber to replace a basin set down to and including the mini stops. I also require a further 4 mini stops replaced (6 in total). All materials supplied. Clear access will be arranged.

Fix leak (hot or cold water) pipe. Seems likely the inlet (narrow/copper) hose/pipe. Picture shows I removed a section of PVC pipe to check, but is reconnected now.

Spraying under laundry sink from hose. I pulled out machine to clean. Possibly stretched the hose to much. - Due date: Flexible

I have three what should be relatively straight forward plumbing fixes. 1. External drain pipe leaking, will just require replacement and sealing of external PVC. 2. Reconnect external drain pipe from bathroom from the external wall to drain pipe post concreting job. 3. Shower head leak whilst tap is in off position. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 24 January 2024

Need water line to come up through the wall. Copper to copper join required I can do all the reinstating of concrete etc. builders put the Mai water line encased in the slab so I’ve excavated enough to get it into the wall cavity just need the pipe redirected I don’t have the tools. pipe fitting is leaking, needs to be recrimped or repalced. - Due date: Flexible

We need our sewer pipes/drains unblocked please. Sewerage was coming up through the shower plug and grate and we have been hearing constant gurgling of the two downstairs toilets. We spent the night thoroughly cleaning the affected area and have now turned off the main water supply. We hope someone can assist (Wednesday afternoon or Thursday please). Water bubbling up through shower drain

I have purchased a mixer tap but don't know how to remove old tap because of limited space. Photos show old twin tub sink, broken tap and new tap to fit. -

I need a licensed and experienced plumber to 1. install a bathtub (connect to waste pipe). Already in frame and in position. 2. install new gas stove 3. install kitchen mixer and connect new sink waste pipe 4. replace laundry taps with new ones 5. Disconnect old dishwasher and install new dishwasher I will need plumbing compliance certificate for the jobs completed. - Due date: Before Saturday, 27th Nov 2021

This job may need 2 separate days to complete. I need experienced carpenter to remove one joist to make way for new waste pipe for the new bathtub and install new joists (maybe either side of the new waste pipe?) to strengthen the subfloor. Plumber will then come and connect the new waste pipe. 2nd part of the job involves removing the current flooring and installing new flooring ready for new tiles to be layed on top. I also need frame made for the new bathtub. This is vacant house under going renovation.
