I have 3x sets of taps as pictured, that likely need the washers replaced. 2x sets are dripping and suspect the washers are gone. Please quote including labour and washer replacements. If you think it’s something else please tell me what you think it may be and then we can discuss plans. 2x seem to need making a loud noise too when water is running.

KWC Tap Repair Needed I’m looking for a skilled handyman or plumber to repair a KWC tap with the following issues: • Loose base: The tap wobbles and needs securing. • Restricted rotation: It’s not rotating smoothly and needs adjustment. • Mixing instability: The tap doesn’t stay in place when switching between hot and cold. What I need: • Tightening the base for stability. • Fixing the rotation mechanism for smooth movement. • Inspecting and adjusting (or replacing) the cartridge if necessary. I am wanting to install both a washing machine drain hose and dishwasher drain hose to my kitchen sink pipes. I have attempted and reassembling the pipes with the new part has lead to leaks. Many parts (adapters, joins, washers) available but may be missing parts.

Supply & fit: 1) copper Tee joints to attach to washing machine taps, towards the top of the hot & cold water supply pipes in the photos; and 2) washing machine taps (these can be chrome taps). Not included in my listed budget (ie I will pay more if this is achievable), is to enable me to attach the waste water hose from the washing machine to the copper drain pipe in the photos. If not possible I will drain into the bathtub. Edit for clarity: The washer is new and I don't yet have it but the online instructions say it only needs cold water. It will sit in-front of the sink with the back facing the bath. I will have a dryer which will sit above the washer but that doesn't need any water supply. If plumbing the washer and dryer waste water into the trap of the sink requires replacing the trap and / or drain, I will just place the ends of the waste water hoses into the bath, I do not want to replace the copper (or brass) drain pipe or trap.

Hi we have a bathroom drain that’s blocked and needs fixing please.

Both screws that connect to the toilet base and seat just turn and turn and don’t tighten. They need to be removed and replaced with something to secure them in place. You can’t access the bolts and nuts as they are within the toilet base.

We would like the shower grouting to be repaired in our upstairs shower
