We are looking to get some renovation done in our bathroom and require a quote for the following work: • Install a new 1200 x 900 shower base (replacing the existing 900 x 900 one). • Move the shower mixer connection to the opposite wall. • Replace the vanity unit, including any necessary connection adjustments. • Replace the toilet pan, which will require a new rubber seal. • Cap off any pipes that are no longer in use. Can provide images if needed

The two downpipes in the photo are blocked and draining very slowly (especially the left one). I need both downpipes professionally cleared so they can drain properly. When it rains, they quickly back up, causing water to spill from the rainhead overflow. Both pipes run into the ground, but I’m not sure where they drain. There’s a stormwater pit nearby, but I don’t know if they connect to it.

Hi All, My Electrolux fridge has decided that keeping things cold is optional, and I disagree. Two downpipes (situated right next to one another) are are draining very slowly into the nearby storm water drain. This may be because they are connected to each other before reaching the the stormwater pit. I would like to have the blockage cleared so water can flow freely.

Toilet cistern is leaking into the toilet bowl. there is a constant flow of water. The tap to the cistern is turned off, however water keeps flowing even with a new washer installed.

We had to remove a tap to install a splash back, but can not put it back, we are looking for someone to do this. Also, the toilet does not automatically refill for the next flush without hitting it, we need someone to have a look at the problem. The toilet is new, installed in May/June.
