Find an experienced plumber in Cheltenham VIC

Two downpipes (situated right next to one another) are are draining very slowly into the nearby storm water drain. I would like to have the blockage in the downpipes cleared so water can flow freely. These downpipes MAY be connected to each other (below ground) before reaching the storm water drain, which is why they're both blocked.

Fisher and Paykel dishwasher stopped draining and started leaking. Needs to be fixed asap.

Toilet cistern is leaking into the toilet bowl. there is a constant flow of water. The tap to the cistern is turned off, however water keeps flowing even with a new washer installed.

We had to remove a tap to install a splash back, but can not put it back, we are looking for someone to do this. Also, the toilet does not automatically refill for the next flush without hitting it, we need someone to have a look at the problem. The toilet is new, installed in May/June.
