One of our gutter drains is blocked and need someone to unblock it

Water doesnt stop even tap is fully closed.

I have three toilets blocked at my Gym. I need unblocked as soon as possible in Cheltenham.

The sink tap is dripping from the lever and need to replace with new one.

My toilet is leaking from the connection between the tank and the bowl when flushing. I have identified the issue—it’s a worn-out black rubber gasket between the tank and the bowl. I need someone to help me replace it.

I am renting and in my bathroom, toilet seat is wall mounted and there is no external valve that I can see to fit a bidet seat or a jet spray. But my sink is right next to the seat if there is something that can be done with the help of it so that I can use a bidet or jet spray.

The two downpipes in the photo are blocked and draining very slowly (especially the left one). I need both downpipes professionally cleared so they can drain properly. When it rains, they quickly back up, causing water to spill from the rainhead overflow. Both pipes run into the ground, but I’m not sure where they drain. There’s a stormwater pit nearby, but I don’t know if they connect to it.

Hi All, My Electrolux fridge has decided that keeping things cold is optional, and I disagree. It’s running, but it’s just not chilling like it used to—milk’s getting a little too cozy, and the veggies are contemplating early retirement. Need waterproofing and tiling. Adding extenders (already purchased) would be preferred.

Fisher and Paykel dishwasher stopped draining and started leaking. Needs to be fixed asap.

External outdoor tap can not be closed and is gushing water

Toilet cistern is leaking into the toilet bowl. there is a constant flow of water. The tap to the cistern is turned off, however water keeps flowing even with a new washer installed.

We had to remove a tap to install a splash back, but can not put it back, we are looking for someone to do this. Also, the toilet does not automatically refill for the next flush without hitting it, we need someone to have a look at the problem. The toilet is new, installed in May/June.
