Plumber will come early next week to repair a broken stormwater pipe. We estimate the pipe is about 600 to 800mm down. Task is to hand dig to the pipe and expose the break, and enough pipe to repair. A portable cabana will be provided for shade. Assume 3 hours work minimum. If we need more time, we will discuss at the time.

There are three tasks that need fixing and or replacing... 1. a slow-filling cistern, 2. a broken laundry tap (the tap rotates but doesn't release the water 3. replace a bent (crooked) kitchen spout.

Remove and install new bathroom vanity. It would require someone who has done it before and has the right tools. New vanity is ready to go and it has the same measurements.

two taps - old and gnarly/ leaking and could do with replacing

The controlled 2 usage on my electricity bill is high.

Newly installed 4 zone Hunter irrigation system. Works ok, but one zone would have sprinklers come out (mild spray) after shutting down, with the street water meter running. We have to turnoff water supply for irrigation to stop it. We adjusted the pressure for this zone, it worked but this cause sprinkler from the next zone to come out. Need someone to check the irrigation and set it up for us.

Installing a new gas upright cooker. Currently in the island bench but needs to be capped and moved approximately 2 metres in the kitchen. Also require kitchen sink to be removed and capped off ahead of stone installation with a new sink.

Dishwasher not filling with water

The hot water pressure is very low specially in the shower. Need someone to come ideally today to diagnose and repair.

The toilet won’t stop running water and I’m not sure why. I have to turn it on and off at the wall tap to use. Please help 🙏🏻 TIA
