Needs to look like the left hand side image. Sink is on site. Job 2 - Kitchen sink pushed all the way to the wall and connected, like how it looks on the right hand side image. Job 3 - Seal off or remove this pipe, it was connected to a dishwasher that is no longer there

Looking for a quote. As shown in the picture, that corner of the marked Window is getting water leakage when rain hitting from outside. Its a fixed window and on 2nd floor of the building. So i guess there is some hole or space from outside that is getting water to leak through when its rains on the glass. so it needs to be sealed from outside perfectly and tested with a water hose or something to ensure there is no water leakage during rain.

Power is on but fridge and freezer both they are not working, it’s not cold

My kitchen tap leaked water that damaged the ceiling for downstairs. The leak has been sorted but I need the damaged ceiling to be replaced and ensure all the water around the area is dried up to ensure no mould comes. Please advise a price
