I have a hot water system which has a leaking valve at the base. About 100ml per minute and has been going on continuously ( as far as I can tell ) for a few weeks. I assume it needs a new valve and would like the Airtasker to provide this. It is a 4-5 year old Rheem Stellar gas system and it is , I think, the lowest bit of the pressure relief valve ( ie. the bit with screw lines on it at the base of the valve), that the leak seams to be coming from, but please look at the photos, as I could be wrong about the exact source. - Due date: Before Saturday, 9 July 2022

Not sure why the water is dripping heavily on the hot water system.

Kitchen tap doesn’t shut off completely. Drops keep flowing. May need a washer change.

Remove sink attached to a wall, disconnect & cap off water & drain pipe plumbing so it is flush with wall ready for painting
