Find an experienced plumber in East Brisbane

I need a plumber to inspect and clear a blockage in a downpipe connected to an underground drainage system. The job includes unblocking the drainage line and securely reconnecting the downpipe to the gutter system. The downpipe is currently detached and needs to be properly realigned and sealed to ensure efficient water flow. Please ensure all work adheres to plumbing standards and best practices.

I moved to this place which hasn’t have any place or pipes allocated to a dishwasher. The cabinet needs to be altered while I am not sure where would be the best place for it.

Waching machine cold water tap leaking

There is a water leak that needs to identified and fixed.

I need some shower taps replaced as the old ones leak, I have the replacement hardware, this is like for like (picture included) and an outside tap that needs investigating as it makes a loud shrieking sound when turned on.

20 year old townhouse needs preventative maintenance. We are looking too have some or all of the following done: - 3x old toilet cisterns are plastic and pitting, would like them replaced before they fall off the wall - Taps for the toilets need servicing/replacing (intermittent leaking) - 4x Bathroom taps need replacing (the original ones are cheap and hard to use - 2 basin, 1 bath, 1 shower) - resilicone laundry tub and bath - 3x install plug repair kit (image below) I'm not sure how much all this should cost but the estimate from the other lot of plumbers was fairly eye-watering. I'd like to see if that's just how it is, or if they're taking me for a ride. I'm honestly not sure if I want to do some of this myself (the siliconing, not the plumbing work). I'm really just looking to find what price ranges are out there, and hopefully find someone who can help me out with this work without sending me completely broke. I do not object in any way to paying people well for jobs well done and I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest price, I just want to know if I've been offered a fair price, and if not hopefully find someone who will. We have the waste repair kits but have not purchased any other of the items. I assume plumbers have access to better prices than we do, so looking for most of these things to be supplied too, but happy to negotiate on that. Flick style kitchen tap is loose wobbles in the hole. When the nozzle is rotated to the second sink, the entire fixture moves. Tap works fine. We can have the job done on the following days that we are home, Today Tues 26th Wed 27 or Sat 30th. Mount Cotton. Thanks.
