replacing and installing the salon basin shower head - looking to change 2

The taps in our house need some maintenance. 3x taps need to be reseated & washers replaced 4x spindles+handles+washers need to be replaced, and may need to be reseated due to long term dripping.

When moving the shower head angle the showerhead has detached itself and I’m unsure whether it needs to be replaced reattached or supported in its reattachment in some way

1. There is a minor leak underneath the kitchen sink. Need fixing 2. Fridge needs to be plumbed

Toilet roll holder has come off the wall. Need it fixed today.

Fix water damaged bathroom cupboard and few other minor fixes

The fridge n freezer are not workibg

Multiple sinks are draining slowly in my mum's house. I have had a similar issue previously, when someone flushed a tampon down a toilet and it snagged on a check valve. I'd like someone to troubleshoot the issue before committing to more serious work like digging up pavers to access the check valve.

Would like to replace tap and have a cabinet built around powder room sink.

REPLACE THE PLASTIC PIPE GOING INTO THE WATER FEATURE AND MAYBE REPLACING THE PUMP THE WATER FEATURE IS VERY HEAVY

When flushed it makes annoying noise and when the water fills up the tank it automatically flushes and it repeats.

Price is flexible once issue causing leak has been properly established. Can post/send more photos or videos as required to work out what it is before you come out. The left (hot) tap appears to be the problem. I have already taken both taps apart and replaced both washers and also the O rings on the left tap. Water was coming out of bath spout in a small continuous stream before this washer change now it's a little better but still a fast drip. Not sure if it's relevant,but when the stop tap is turned off at the meter, the bath spout still drips. This happens even when residual water has been cleared out and stop tap has been off for hours of overnight. No other taps in the house leak whatsoever. Thinking the left tap valve seat needs reseating but open to other suggestions. Looking for someone with experience doing this and who has their own tap reseater. I'm home most of the weekend, otherwise after 3.30 Monday Wednesday and Friday coming. Work is close by so can come home but prefer to avoid this if possible. Let me know if you have any questions.
