Remove old tap Install new tap as the one we have now the top keeps falling off

I need to remove the existing old hot water tank and install a new one. Please submit your offer for labor - if you can supply and install a new one, in your offer please specify the price for labor and the price of new tank (brand and model and volume). My current one is 250 Litre volume. Electric system. (No stairs. Easy access to the laundry room.)

Dishwasher can turn on and wash but not draining..water is pooling at the bottom. There was a loud noise inside the machine before it stops draining. What is the root cause? Is it best to replace it or fix it?

The kitchen sink is blocked and pipes underneath leaking. The dishwasher wasn’t draining during the week which is beside the sink. It’s a double sink. Likely a blockage somewhere.

The water pressure of the existing kitchen mixer became very weak. That's why I would like to replace it with a new kitchen mixer(Nero Dolce pull out kitchen mixer). Photoes attached for existing and new mixers

Shower drain needs cleaning. I think its full of hairs. The water drains very slowly. Its a different kind of drain though. Its like a long canal with a drain hole at the end underneath. It is covered by a plate. The pipe is not blocked. So no need for a plumber. Just a cleaner.
