I have water tap problems for basin and washing machine. Photo attached 1 Basin taps spindles is rusted out. The cold tap stops turning halfway upon opening. The hot tap is seeping out water when using. Both taps need replacement. 2. Washing machine taps are leaking water badly when it is turned on. Both taps need replacement. the washing machines is not used to avoid flooding in the laundry.

Have a new kitchen tap to install (see image 3). Purchased from Bunnings. Need to replace the existing tap (images 1 and 2) Depending on how long it takes need to do this after lunch and before dinner.

Hot water system got something wrong, sometimes it's not hot enough. Can someone come and inspect? Ideally i would like to get the whole hot water system replaced, as it has been quite old already. Give me pricing if possible for labour and replacement. Mine one is electric Heater inside the house.

I have some problems with 2 of my water taps - refer to photos. Tap 1 is on the water supply line beneath the kitchen sink. There's a very slow leak on the valve stem, fills like 500ml over 3-4 days. Tap 2 is the cold water tap at the laundry sink. As I tighten the tap to turn off water, it reaches a point before it spins fully and the water starts running fully again. It's not leaking right now but that's just because I managed to find a "sweet spot" before it spins again. Had the same problem with this tap some time back too. Looking for plumbing services and supply of materials needed.
