Hot water system got something wrong, sometimes it's not hot enough. Can someone come and inspect? Ideally i would like to get the whole hot water system replaced, as it has been quite old already. I have some problems with 2 of my water taps - refer to photos. Tap 1 is on the water supply line beneath the kitchen sink. There's a very slow leak on the valve stem, fills like 500ml over 3-4 days. Tap 2 is the cold water tap at the laundry sink. As I tighten the tap to turn off water, it reaches a point before it spins fully and the water starts running fully again. It's not leaking right now but that's just because I managed to find a "sweet spot" before it spins again. Had the same problem with this tap some time back too. Looking for plumbing services and supply of materials needed.
