Assessing toilet seat and replacing/tightening the fixings +/- toilet seat.

I am doing some budget upgrades to my bathroom Looking for someone /plumber to swap the taps, and shower head with a more modern option. Happy to pay for the taps and shower head separately but need suggestions that would fit exactly where the existing ones are. I’ve posted examples of taps but I am unsure what type of shower head is suitable to go where the current shower head is Thank you

The flush panel of the in wall flush system has come undone. It requires reconnecting. Also I have a loose tap fixing that needs tightening up.

Need handyman to help remove old toilet seat and put on new one. Old toilet seat has metal element I can’t seem to remove (see photo)

To install a new chrome hand shower and rail set to replace old shower head.

Remove existing basin tap and replace with new tap. We will provide the new tap and fittings. You must be a licensed plumber or handy person with an excellent track record. We will provide you with parking.

Need to fix undermount kitchen sink that has partly fallen. Half of sink has come unstuck from silicone sealant. 2 of the 4 supports seem to have come off (resulting in this issue). Hi! I require a plumber to look into a dripping tap / outlet - it’s not exactly a tap as there’s no on off but it appears to be an outlet not in use. It’s in the laundry but backs onto the bathroom wall, and bizarrely only really drips after the shower has been used.! I’ll post photos below.
