Replacing insinkerator and new model has a different waste pipe attachment. Need this patched in to existing waste pipe system. Installation of new system is otherwise done - just the waste pipe connection needed.

Need to remove and dispose of the sink and tap. Install new sink and tap. The sink will be the same size as the old one.

Tap continually leaking in bathroom

Bathroom sink drain is blocked and I haven't been able to solve it taking the p-trap off and using a crappy snake. Whilst you're here I figure I could use the help re-sealing the bath-tub too!

Ice machine requires routine service and filter change.

My shower head keeps dripping. I believe it needs replacing with one that is compatible with the current set up. See pictures for reference. I essentially just want to stop it dripping but am not confident enough to do it myself.

The kitchen sink is blocked. I have cleaned out the pipes below the sink. All good there. I think the issue is between the kitchen and the drain outside. The laundry doesn’t get blocked and also goes into the outside drain and works fine. So fairly certain it is the pipe from kitchen to outside drain.

I would need to replace this piece (see picture) with another one in order for the to add a tap for the hot water.
