A small outdoor bathroom requires replacement sheets partially or entire roof. Leakage Problems as observed: the sheets are not aligned with gutter and therefore water is leaking through midway gutter into the bathroom Will require assessments.

Our commercial dish washer is leaking water and not operating as normal. When it is on fill mode, some water is leaking into the drainage system so it doesn’t stay full for long. Need someone to look and fix.

Replace tap washers in shower (leaking) and replace internals to the cistern of a Caroma toilet. The flush button also needs to be replaced.

A couple bathroom tiles are loose, partly because the shower head above keeps leaking water down on to it, so this also needs fixing. 1 x big white tile needs gluing down and a little red square tile. Perhaps the old tiles underneath have also contributed to the looseness of those on top?

We require a plumber to replace an old section of the copper piping which lays before our water main (street side). It requires the 'freezing' of the pipe section, removal of an old tap junction (which is prone to leaking) and replacement with a new straight piece of copper piping (approximately 20-30cm in length).

Install simple IKEA kitchen/laundry unit. Only 1200mm wide. In new bathroom, don’t need to organise any additional trades, install of unit only. NO PLUMBING/ELECTRICS REQUIRED Will need cut out for sink/taps in counter top. New bathroom - clean site to work from no demo required.

Looking for a plumber to help plumb water from our kitchen sink to the fridge for water/ice. We have a fresh water tap which we would like to connect. The access is quite good as you can see from photos, is an ikea kitchen so easy to work with. Looking to have this done on Thursday afternoon this week.

My toilet is leaking - I can hear a drip in the cistern that may be something to do with it….? It’s not leaking consistently, but periodically the floor will flood (I say flood, probably 1-2 litres of water). I am not sure how to fix or even price this task.

Need someone to fix a leaking bath tap. We are unable to locate the water mains for our unit, so will need to turn off the mains for the building while leak is fixed - hopefully can be done relatively quickly to not cause too much disruption to other residence of the building. Looking for someone to replace roughly 2.5m of terracotta stormwater pipe and connect it to the currently unconnected downpipe (directly above one end). The stormwater pipe flows to the kerb and has been jet blasted. I've dug down to the top of the pipe to make it easier to remove. Need you to take the rubbish with you. - Due date: Flexible

The downpipe from my gutter isn't connected to stormwater. With some digging I've found what I think is a terracotta stormwater pipe but it's blocked. Looking for someone to clear out the stormwater pipe (accessible from the street), run a camera up there to check for damage, repair pipe if necessary, and connect downpipe to stormwater. Stormwater pipe opening (house-side) is approx 70cm directly below the PVC downpipe and runs 4.5m to street. Realise there's a bit of unknown to this job. The hot water laundry basin/washing machine tap is dripping no mater how tightly we turn it off. It's dual handle tap that operates the sink tap and washing machine connection. Not sure if this can be fixed or needs to be completely replaced. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 3 July 2023
