I have a leaking toilet and a blocked dishwasher.

We have a leaking shower. Washers have been replaced but still leaking. Need a plumber to assist.

The water keeps flowing in the toilet.

The flush mechanism on the current outlet valve has deteriorated and requires replacing, I have the part and am looking for someone to drain sistern, replace outlet valve and reseal ensuring no leaks.

The tap on the shower started leaking and got it diagnosed that the shower unit needs to be replaced and temporary fix put in place by putting a switch to the water flow. To do the permanent fix requires replacing the shower unit which unfortunately, the tiles behind that needs to be replaced as well to fix it. Looking for someone who can do both supply and fix the shower unit and the tiles as a result. It is on the ground floor. Attached photos. Given the unit is rented please also confirm date time that the work can be done in the quote. Removing existing kitchen sink and reinstall new, seal edges. Need to have plumbing/qbcc licence and provide itemised invoice.

Need to replace ceramic toilet down pipe besides house.
