The water diverter is stuck; can't be pressed or pulled. Consequently there is no water flowing into the bath.

I'd like to install a water filter under the kitchen sink. I do have the water filter and a new 3-way mixer (see photos attached of what I have), and I'd need a plumber to supply and install a two-way tap on cold water in the kitchen cupboard before connecting the filter and a new mixer.

I need help purchasing a replacement shower head and installing the replacement. I have limited mobility and so cannot purchase it myself ahead of time. Waste pipe was moved to give more room under the sink however now it is leaking. Just need to disconnect the waste, move around the other way and reconnect it. Keys will need to be collected from a nearby convenience store.

I need a plumber to come help with unblocking a drain at my apartment. I have spent the last hour fishing, make up wipes out of the pipe with aguer rod but have a feeling there is something stuck in there that is causing items like make up wipes to get stuck so you will need video camera. The water is draining well enough now, but I would like to get an idea of what is in the pipe it can be removed .
