The existing concealed toilet has been leaking due to a damaged pipe. I was informed that the part needed for repair isn’t available, which may require a full toilet suite replacement. I’m looking for a possible solution to get this toilet back in working order. While I would prefer a repair, I’m open to replacement if that proves to be the most viable option. Replace an existing tap with a new one

See image attached. We are on a lot with two units. There is a main meter in the front of lot close to street, and a check meter at rear unit. The purpose of the job is find the route of water pipe connecting from the main meter to the check meter at rear unit.  It’s not urgent so you can do the job whenever you work nearby. Two taps are leaking they are old type

I need a downpipe replaced as it may be the cause of leakage in a certain area on the 1st floor of the house.. There is also a bit of leakage coming through the roof on the 2nd floor.

Unblock toilet, very slow and not flushing down properly
