Connect new laundry sink waste pipe and inlet with drainage for 2 washing machine discharge outlets

I have a leaking flush tank and also a leaking tap from the wall in the kitchen. As pointed out in the picture, the flush tank has water coming out from the top when it's filling up. The tap in the kitchen is leaking as pointed out.

We have moved to a home with an existing water line behind the fridge, ready to go. We have purchased a new fridge that needs to be plugged into this and the water filter attachment attached. I have a new Westinghouse dishwasher WSF6604XA. When installing I stripped the plastic connector of the water inlet so water is now spraying out. Can I please have a quote to replace the nut and/or pipe. I have no idea how much this will cost the budget is purely a guess.
