The pipe behind toilet is leaking when flushing

I need my bathroom vanity and toilet to be replaced & taken to the dump. I currently have the vanity and toilet.

Leaky old pipe in my hot water cupboard. Old 60s apartment. Not sure if it’s aircon or hot water related. Probably the former.

The water is not getting into the Hafele dishwasher.

I have a 5 burner Miele gas top. The main one ignites and burns for 70-80 seconds and then shuts off spontaneously. Repeatedly after 70-80 seconds. Almost like it's on a timer. Task is to repair the faulty burner so it stays on. This is not an issue with the other burners.

Install a new kitchen sink tap to replace an old one

Exactly as it sounds, I have not got a new shower head as I don't want to get the wrong one, would pay for shower head separately under instruction .pretty simple !
