After flushing, water keeps running from the cistern to toilet bowl. The valve seems to remain open or stuck at times.

Job is to fix 3 toilets that often continue to leak from cistern to pan after being flushed.

I am renovating my kitchen and need 2 relatively small jobs done: 1)Lower the under-the-sink cistern taps, they are currently placed too high and that is causing the new sink to not fit in. I need to get both of them (hot and cold water) lowered, so they are not in the way. You will likely need to cut the copper pipe and install the cistern taps again. 2) Need to replace the current copper gas pipe (that hooks on the stovetop) by a flexible gas hose. New gas stovetop will go in later but won't be in the same position as current one, so a flexible hose will make things faster to install in the future.
