We require plumbing rough-in for all the fixture points in the attached 2 design diagrams (ground floor and first floor). There are some existing plumbing elements that may be able to be reused, however most will need to be removed then new installs. Needs to cover all fixture points in the 3 bathrooms (all new fixtures) laundry, kitchens. No need to install the actual fixtures.

Toilet was working, then blocked for unknown reason. Water flows ok but slightly slow. I am available anytime today at Highgate Hill. (OPTIONAL FIX IT U WANT AT ADDITIONAL COST: I have 2 gas hot water taps that flow really slowly and only gives cold water. I have toilet seat slow close is closing too fast.)

The current shower system is leaking. Need to replace with the new one. Same shower as the current one. The tradie will have to purchase the new shower from Bunnings or similar shop and visit our home and replace.
