Plumb in kitchen sink and connect tap and dishwasher

The sink in my laundry seems to have a little leak, small amount of water seems to be constantly pooled on the floor. My toilet is constantly slightly streaming water into the bowl. Causing it to be in an endless cycle of filling as it streams out. Unless I turn off at the tap. Hoping a plumber can take a look and fix up.

I need someone to come in and fix my shower. Apparently there is leakage going into the below unit and the plumber has advised that my shower recess needs to be cleaned and waterproofed, preferably without the removal of tiles.

The old bathroom sink with two taps needs to be removed and disposed of. A new sink with one tap needs to be connected. The vanity cabinet needs to be installed as well.

I have bought the two way tap. Need you to neatly fix it on existing tap or replace existing (whichever you find easier) so that I can use the jet spray (hygiene spray) and the flush also. Your help is much appreciated

Hello, My hot water system seems to be broken. Water is running fine but nothing hot from any taps. Would like someone to come and troubleshoot for me please asap as I’m not into cold showers. Fix or replace the toilet cistern. The valve is broken. Toilet water shut need a replacement. It’s rusty and seems leaking. Kitchen sink water tap also need a replacement. I’m close to Bunnings, can get replacement parts if desired. - Due date: Before Thursday, 20 July 2023
