Kitchen sink tap started spraying water from the base (marked red in the photos) . Need it fixed. I have already changed the washer for both the hot and cold water controllers. It seems something got loose from the tap base this time. You will provide all required equipment, and guarantee of your task. Also need guidance regarding probable leak at the bottom of the tap.

Open clogged toilet in Hoppers crossing. The toilet is draining but very slowly. Shower area also seems to be blocked because of it. You may need to use high pressure jet but not sure.
