Toilet has unfortunately clogged. Appears to be due to the toilet cleaner that hangs on the bowl falling in and being flushed down. Have tried plunger to no avail. When flushing water fills up quite a bit and takes a long time to go down. Townhouse approx five years old.
Nick provides efficient service and was available on short notice. Fixed our clogged toilet and provided advice which was helpful. Appreciated the communication as part of his service.
