Kitchen: - Hose underneath the kitchen sink cabinet is leaking while tap is in use Laundry: - Hot water tap can be turned, however, no water is coming out - Washing machine taps both leak when in used. Tenant has made sure that the hose from their washing machine is plugged in properly, however, still leaking. (Once fixed please advise if this is due to tenant not connecting properly.) - External door leading to backyard cannot be open/shut with key provided. (we also tried to open the back door with the keys, however does not work) Meet tenant/agent is available following time： Saturday after 3pm Sunday after 4pm All day Tuesday I will also be onsite to ensure good communication.
