I have an old hot water system inside our roof cavity and recently water started to drip from a downpipe non stop. we cannot find the source of the water. We are also seeing some mould build up in one of our bedroom which maybe caused by this leak in the old hot water system. the job is to identify the leak and seal the leak.

Current Situation: I have an old gas storage hot water system installed and need it replaced with a Rinnai builder series 26L continuous hot water system (Which I have purchased and is already on site). Requirements : 1. Update the thickness of the gas pipe to ensure enough gas flow to the new hot water system as currently it's suitable only to sustain an old gas storage hot water system.
