I have an old hot water system inside our roof cavity and recently water started to drip from a downpipe non stop. we cannot find the source of the water. We are also seeing some mould build up in one of our bedroom which maybe caused by this leak in the old hot water system. the job is to identify the leak and seal the leak.

Requirements : 1. Update the thickness of the gas pipe to ensure enough gas flow to the new hot water system as currently it's suitable only to sustain an old gas storage hot water system. There is easy access to these pipes via the garage as shown in the photos. 2. An installation of an outdoor waterproof power socket to run the Rinnai B26. 3. Tempering Valve I think will be required 4. Finally the installation of the Rinnai B26 continuous hot water system.
