Need to be a licensed plumber please. Our water tank is connected to our downstairs toilets. It’s making a loud noise when we flush or use the tap. Would like someone to check if there is an issue. Water tank is located under our house. House is about 12 years old.

Remove existing toilet… As it's leaking and replace with a new toilet that has been supplied from Bunnings.

After flushing, water keeps running from the cistern to toilet bowl. The valve seems to remain open or stuck at times.

Toilet cistern is leaking into the toilet bowl. there is a constant flow of water. The tap to the cistern is turned off, however water keeps flowing even with a new washer installed.

Replace bathroom and kitchen tap with new ones which I have purchased. Remove the water filter in the kitchen and tighten tap in another bathroom which is slightly loose. I am happy to consider offers

The area under the sink is flooded with water so not sure what the issue is.

I need a tap supplied and installed.

We had to remove a tap to install a splash back, but can not put it back, we are looking for someone to do this. Also, the toilet does not automatically refill for the next flush without hitting it, we need someone to have a look at the problem. The toilet is new, installed in May/June. Grey water is backing up and then slowly draining. Believe it needs a hose.

The broken pipe is underground and situated close the water meter. It has been leaking for four days.
