Noticed on a couple of occasions the tap has leaked overnight. Would be looking to identify and prevent tap from leaking in future.

Our very elderly shower has a pretty constant leak; presumably the washers need replacing (believe it's both hot and cold water that's leaking). Hopefully pretty straightforward, but the skirts are siliconed on to the tiles good and hard so feels like a problem to get someone else to solve for us so we don't break anything! - Due date: Flexible

The following Toilet/Bathroom sink issues require a repair 1. The flush in the common bathroom and ensuite are leaking, causing water to run. 2. The ensuite toilet cover is misaligned. 3. There is a minor leak below the ensuite bathroom Sink/Vanity.

Cistern is not filling up. My mother said when she filled the cistern up with a bucket of water and flushed it, the water came out black. need a plumber to check it out this afternoon please.
