No need to use anybody else. Craig is experienced, prompt, happy, & professional. Task was botched by previous Airtasker who gave up after 6hrs & didn’t disclose he’d cracked the pipe too whilst attempting to fix the problem, thus making the leak way worse (& had used a wad of taped paper to hold pipe in place). Craig not only came in the evening to fix it after a long day, but did it ALL in less then 90 mins, & cleaned everything up. Job perfectly done-not a drip in sight & new silicone to seal the gaps against the wall making it all like new. He diagnosed the problem initially from a few photos and a more detailed and complete diagnosis within a few minutes of seeing the toilet. Could not have gotten a better person to do a more professional job. Craig’s efficiency is second to none. Will definitely use again & he restored my faith in Airtasker. If every tradie was like Craig, there wouldn’t be any complaints. Easily 5 stars
