Toilet keeps running and bowl fills up. It appears that our valve system replacement will need to be done.

Need a plumber to check our dishwasher drainage under the sink to see if it is installed correctly and if there are any blockages.

Right hand skew toilet, leaking from the waste pipe. It is a super old toilet which will need replacing soon enough anyhow. I am on a budget and hoping to fix as an interim solution. I think the connection needs to be re-sealed, not sure if a new connection is required. Happy for this work to be completed by handyman or plumber.

Need a bidet spray installed. Normally this is straightforward, but the water source piping is hidden. So I'm guessing the cistern needs to be taken off completely to expose it hidden underneath the seat.
