Need the seal repaired between the bowl and cistern as it’s leaking

I have two tap bonnets stuck and need someone with the right tools to loosen so I can fix the leak.

The laundry trough tap is leaking water, I believe the washers need replacing.

1 . Swap system for dual tap timer 2. Remove micro sprays and spectrums from pipework. 3. Add PCJ spray stakes to the base of all plants 4. Modify poly pipework to suit /extend where required System at rear of property: 1. Swap unit for a duel tap timer 2. Second story existing ensuite has been stripped out. All timber floors and wall studs with excellent underfloor space and access. Existing supply is just capped off. Existing Instant water heater is easily in same space. I have all the shower rails, mixers, taps basics etc. just need someone with Tradepex crimps and fittings to come rough it in for me. Been quoted twice as 2 hours work. To be piped and crimped: x2 mixers, x2 shower rail/rose. X2 basin mixer supply’s X1 WC supply.
