I would like to replace the toilet seat and Cistern X 2. I will buy the Cistern with the seat from Bunnings, but need you to replace them for me please .

Toilet water flush faulty, very weak water supply and insufficient for flushing, rust water being supplied into toilet flush tank. Outdoor rainwater tank (connected to toilet) has rusted away severely and is now leaking. I may need a new rainwater tank in place, however, if the issue can be fixed by repairing the damage in the existing one then that would be more preferred. In price quotes, please provide 2 options. Firstly, price to fix toilet and existing rainwater tank, and secondly, the alternative of toilet fix plus installation of a new rainwater tank. 2 hours max of digging up a drainage pipe outside a bathroom and to run a new pipe into the bathroom which will be done by plumbers on site. Concrete has already been cut and taken up so only digging required - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 15 June 2023

My Shower head needs replacing, ( brought the same one), and My hot water shower tap needs a new washer, (I also have this). My budget is very limited.

I have extra space in the laundry area which can be used for shower. And I want some changes to existing bathroom.

Replace 8 tap washers (2 x sinks 2 x showers) Seal bathroom & ensuite Install transition strip from floorboards to bathroom tiles Install sink strainer basket install 3 blinds. Materials provided.

There is an area of ceiling wall at the ground level which is also the floor of the shower (upstairs) has become dampened. No dripping of water atm. I would like to know the cause and fix it. Thanks.

Outside tap is leaking, it’s quite old and probably coroded. Might just need a washer or maybe replace the whole assembly.
