Change the old toilet into a new one

Washing machine hose is leaking at the tap. I just moved apartments and this happened the last time I moved. I've tried tightening the hose into the tap as hard as I can by hand but still leaking

I need a water filter installed under sink to the cold water inlet of the mixer tap. Whole kit will be supplied by tradelink, however requires a licensed plumber to install it to ensure warranty does not get voided. Someone who has done this type of work before would be great. Thank you

Leaking water tap in kitchen needs fixing, probably just washers. And issues with main water switch, water doesn’t fully shut down, only reduces main flow, some leaks in piping area - need to look and identify issues for repairs and we can discuss.

I have purchased 8 flood stop isolation valves to replace right old mini cistern taps. I was originally planning to install them myself but I'm short on time lately so I'm considering outsourcing the work. Taps are situated in pairs underneath 4 sinks, kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms. Kitchen and bathroom access isn't too bad, laundry is a bit tight tight though.

My taps once I turn them on, will slowly drop for ages before coming on fully. I think there's an air lock. Need someone to come and fix it. I have a kitchen sink, a bath tub and shower taps all with same issue.

Bought a new toilet seat. The washers are plastic and crap and I can’t tighten it properly. Need someone to secure it. You will need to supply screws if the ones it came with don’t work

Toilet water tank cannot stop water entry, Need help to replace bottom entry toilet inlet valve, it is a back to wall rimless toilet suite. You need to bring in new bottom entry inlet valve as well. The toilet need reinstall ensure attach to wall.
