Quote for full bathroom reno. Plumbing for toilet and shower/bath to remain in same place. Basin/vanity plus shaving cabinet/mirror to be installed against a different wall from existing. Room is 2.6m x 2m approx. Requires new tiling and waterproofing. Everything except painting. I will purchase the bath, toilet, basin, fittings, tiles etc. - Due date: Flexible

Issue: The water bill was high, no one live in the house. The Council checked, and the problem is "there is hidden leaks. Need a plumber to check. How much would you offer to inspect and fix? - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 7 September 2023

Kitchen sink tap is broken, after a few attempts to fix I need help with replacement. Currently a Mondela mixer tap - happy for opinion on what it needs ! I can purchase new tap if needed. - Due date: Before Friday, 14th Jan 2022

Provide drainage diagram for work. Budget is for deposit only, quote accepted upon discussion and inspection. Work required ASAP. Inspection required prior.
