Near drive way, recycling pipes leak

Our rainwater tank was never properly fitted to an outlet tap. The pump works but the water gushes out a copper pipe. Need someone to finish the job and install a tap fixed to the nearby wall.

need to replace a whole basin (drop in basin, mixer tap, waste) I’ll provide new replacement but I haven’t bought it because i need guide in measuring the basin before buying the new one. You might need to make some adjustment on the countertop as well because I couldn’t find the exact same model as my existing basin
